    Artistree: Jeremiah McLane Trio Concert

    ” Jeremiah McLane (accordion) of Nightingale, is joined by Owen Marshall (guitar and bouzouki) of The Press Gang, and Corey DiMario (bass and tenor guitar) of Crooked Still. All three musicians are masters of their respective instruments, and together they play tunes from France and the British Isles as well as original compositions by Jeremiah McLane. The trio plays music that us alternately driving, haunting, melancholic and up-lifting.¬†

    Weatherize Upper Valley

    “This winter, Sustainable Woodstock is teaming up with Vital Communities, Efficiency Vermont, and local home energy contractors to help residents save money and stay warm by weatherizing their homes.Through the Weatherize program residents can get a FREE energy assessment/walk through of their homes from a select group of qualified Home Performance with Energy Star contractors. The walk through will let home owners learn about specific ways to make their homes more energy efficient. Contractors will also provide cost estimates. Residents who follow through with the energy upgrades to their homes can receive up to $2,000 in financial incentives from Efficiency Vermont! At the pizza party our local contractors will be available for questions and scheduling home visits.

    EXPERIENCED Contractors certified by the Building Performance Institute, include Building Energy of White River Junction, Vermont Foam Insulation of Chester, van de Ven Construction of Hartland, Weatherization and Renovation of Montpelier, and Earthshare Construction of Lebanon.
